I, JONATHAN SOH, hereby declare a motion (or Vote) of no confidence on our current Vice-Chairman, Amanda Wong, on the Ninth of July, in the year Two thousand and Eight, under the following reasons.

FROM the starting of the period she was chosen as Vice-Chairman, she treated the boys INHUMANELY. She DID NOT listen to the views of the boys, and would just DENY their opinions, whether they are true, or not. IN REGARD of this, the denial of people's opinions are telling us that she THINKS that she was the ONLY one, who is CORRECT. FROM this, I INFER that she is basically ARROGANT and as she does not listen to people's advice, STUBBORN.

WITH CONTINUOUS COMPLAINS from the students of class 101, she tried to TOTALLY oust the FREEDOM OF SPEECH away from us. WE HAD NO ways of communicating our VIEWS AND POINTS to the Committee and Teachers. In order words, WE CANNOT SPEAK UP.

WHATEVER decisions she called "the class had decided" are always from her and her female friends. WHEN the class are deciding matters, she would MAKE UP a decision and said that "the class had chosen this, and that". THIS IS NOT WHAT THE CLASS WANTED, and she is apparently, a person who wanted total CONTROL.

FURTHER REASONS WOULD BE GIVEN IN DUE TIME.

I HEREBY ONCE AGAIN, DECLARE A MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE ON THE VICE-CHAIRMAN OF CLASS 101, AMANDA WONG. THE DAY OF DECISION SHOULD BE IN THE NEAREST FROM CLASS. IF NOT, WE WOULD HOLD A 2/3 MAJORITY VOTE ON THE CLASS STAYING BACK FOR THE RE-ELECTION OF THE VICE-CHAIRMAN SEAT.

NOTE : WE DO NOT NEED A 1/2 CLASS MAJORITY FOR A MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE VOTE. WE NEED ONLY A 1/4 OF THE CLASS TO GO THROUGH THE PROCEDURES.
